Application Process

1. $15.00 application fee per applicant,
2. Total household income must equal 2.5 times the monthly rent before taxes for apartments & 3.5 times the monthly rent before taxes for townhouses. Must be legally documented.
3. Previous landlord/tenant judgments and/or current landlord/tenant references will be checked.

* Once application is approved, the security deposit due within 3 days; the 1st month’s rent is due on the day of move-in.
